I've worked with Deborah in various ways over the years, and I am always so impressed with her creative thinking. During the first few months of the pandemic, her grant writing support at a nonprofit I was working was totally out of the box. She had wonderful suggestions for ways we could pivot our outreach services, and she also knew funders who would be excited by those changes. Her innovative thinking helped me get out of my rut of reacting and think about growth and possibility.
